MSAL Member Receives 2025 David Bader Graduate Student Service Award

On Tuesday, September 9th, the UMD ECE Department held its annual Fall Awards Ceremony and Reception. Awards were presented to students, staff, and faculty by ECE Chair Sennur Ulukus. 

The David Bader Graduate Student Service Award in recognition of exceptional service to the department: Sydney Overton and Emma Griffith.

Sydney joined MSAL in Fall 2022 and advanced to candidacy in April 2025. Her current research interests are the development of microdevices for studying the gut-microbiome-brain axis.
